Diablo IV Patch Notes — Patch 3.0.3

Date: May 26, 2026

Patch 3.0.3 is a stability and exploit-control update rather than a balance pass, but the fixes it contains are ones players will feel. The War Plans system took the most attention — two separate infinite-spawn exploits were shut down, one involving the Amalgam of Rage boss in Nightmare Dungeons that could be summoned endlessly, and another that let Treasure Goblins spawn indefinitely with the right node selection. Both exploits were warping the in-game economy and Blizzard moved quickly once they were identified.

Quest progression blockers were cleaned up across the board. The Beast of Thorns in A Devil in the Garden could previously jump to an unreachable area, permanently blocking the quest. Invisible Siege Towers in Smothered Flame, a missing bridge in the Death quest, and the Sigil of Tal Rasha interaction in The Initiate all received fixes. The Nahantu side quest Scales of History was reworked to remove an Elixir requirement that could make it impossible to complete. Obol rewards from Murl's Bag at higher Torment levels were also corrected — if you stopped running that content because the rewards felt off, it's worth retesting after this patch.

No class balance changes shipped in 3.0.3. A Sanctuary Sitdown developer Q&A was held May 28 in the Diablo Discord to address community feedback heading into the next phase of Lord of Hatred's endgame.

League of Legends Patch Notes — Patch 26.11

Date: May 27, 2026

Patch 26.11 is a meta correction patch designed to pull tank supports back into viability after months of enchanter and mage support dominance. Riot specifically called out Deathfire Touch enabling mage supports to output too much damage, and multiple rune and item adjustments landed to address the imbalance. Aftershock's early game shielding was buffed and Guardian's cooldown was reduced to help tankier supports survive laning phase.

On the champion side, Diana and Ekko both received jungle-focused buffs after underperforming following the Season 2 Dusk and Dawn changes. Diana's W got a small buff alongside increased monster damage, and Ekko's passive cooldown was reduced to improve his clear speed. Heimerdinger received a quality-of-life fix after the ranged minion aggro pull removal left his turrets unable to hit ranged minions that outranged them. Brand caught nerfs and Kassadin received adjustments.

The Pride Month celebration launched with two free emotes available for 1 Blue Essence, a premade group mission for Battle Pass XP, and returning icons from previous years. Pizza Chef Sion, Pasta Maker Illaoi, Breadsticks Irelia, Spaghetti alla Vel'Koz, and the Eternal Aspect Leona and Diana skins dropped May 28.

Forza Horizon 6 Patch Notes — Series 1 Hotfix 2

Date: May 27, 2026

Playground Games' second post-launch hotfix addresses one of the most frustrating progression blockers in the game. The Photography Section of Discover Japan could not be completed, which prevented players from earning Master Explorer — a key milestone in the game's collection journal. Community reports suggest the fix may not apply retroactively for players who already captured all required photos before the patch, which has generated some frustration on the Steam forums.

PC audio performance received further optimization, with adjustments applied to the Low and Very Low audio quality settings. Playground recommends using these settings if players experience audio crackling, which has been a persistent issue since launch — particularly for AMD RDNA4 GPU users. General performance and stability fixes were also included across all platforms. The ongoing PC crash investigation continues.

World of Warcraft Patch Notes — Hotfixes May 26

Date: May 26, 2026

This week's hotfix batch focused on class tuning with a notable Demon Hunter correction. Aldrachi Reaver, which had been underperforming compared to its alternative Hero Talent options, received buffs across multiple effects. Death Sweep damage was increased by 10% to resolve an issue from a previous update where Blade Dance damage was increased but Death Sweep's damage was not correctly updated to match — a particularly painful oversight for Havoc Demon Hunters who rely on both abilities in their rotation.

Additional class fixes and dungeon tuning were included. The hotfix continues Blizzard's aggressive post-Midnight tuning cadence, which has now delivered hotfixes in seven of the last eight weeks since Patch 12.0.5 launched.

Overwatch Patch Notes — May 26 Bug Fix Patch

Date: May 26, 2026

A small but targeted bug fix patch. The store currency selection was broken — players couldn't select multiple currency options when making purchases, which was quietly blocking some transactions. Junker Queen's post-match accolades were also displaying incorrect stats due to a calculation error. Replay codes from the May 12 mid-season patch were wiped with this update. No balance changes shipped.

Deadlock Patch Notes — May 28 Gameplay Update

Date: May 28, 2026

Valve followed up last week's Soul Urn rework with another substantial balance pass. This update brings 33 hero adjustments, 76 item changes, and 52 general gameplay changes. Paradox and Venator are the biggest winners with straight buffs to their kits. Kelvin takes another round of nerfs after last week's hit, and Mina joins him as the hardest-nerfed heroes this patch. Nineteen other heroes received mixed adjustments that could shift their power curves in either direction.

On the item side, Restorative Shot and Melee Charge were buffed and will likely show up in more builds going forward. Opening Rounds and Slowing Bullets were nerfed and may drop out of core item slots. The Deadlock meta continues to shift rapidly as Valve iterates on the Soul Urn changes and refines hero balance in response to community feedback and internal data.
